Woman calls out hospital that wrongly diagnosed her of HIV and made her take antiretroviral drugs for 2 years

A Kenyan woman identified as Ann Wambui, has called out  Thika Level 5 hospital  that wrongly diagnosed her with HIV during a routine checkup in 2017 and made her take antiretroviral drugs for 2 years.  Recalling how depressed she was after being diagnosed with the virus she got tested for in company of her husband, Ann revealed that she almost tried taking her life as it crashed her marriage.  Speaking to NTV, she said "I knew myself. I knew I was not sick. Every individual knows how they live so definitely I knew there was no way I was positive." "I remember there is a time I took rat poison, mixed it with water and tried to take it," the lady painfully added.  However upon running another test in 2019 and getting to know she is negative, the Kenyan woman who took antiretroviral drugs for 2 years said she had to run the test 6 times to be sure. Confronting the hospital with the test result, Ann said they failed to admit they were wrong

Nigerians were amused by the message and they left hilarious comments on the tweet, including one who asked if Tacha is the president of Nigeria to be among those the Independence day message is directed at.

Rape: Busola Dakolo files a counter to Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo's preliminary objection (See Court Papers)

Busola Dakolo has filed a counter to Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo's Preliminary Objection stating that her court action is not statute barred and that the argument that her suit is out of time is misconceived and an attempt to hoodwink the court from the main issue and evade justice. In her written argument in the court process, Busola Dakolo, through her Lawyer, argued that her cause of action is predicated on a continuing injury which is of a nature that is suffered from time to time, continuously, over a long period of time the substance of which has been established in a plethora of case laws as an exception to the application of the Statute of Limitation. She urged the court to discountenance Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo's Preliminary Objection that her matter is statute barred and asked that Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo submit himself to court for the purpose of justice. She prays further that the Court should not allow the defendant to run away from justice hiding under statut
