MEET THE CEO QUALITY SOUND PLACE LTD GIWA TUNDE EMMANUEL

My name is Giwa Tunde Emmanuel - the chief executive officer of Quality Sound Place Ltd   - An Event Technical Production Company, we are into sale, repair and rental of modern state-of-art pro audio  equipment for Event, Worships, Parties, Concerts, Clubs, Corporate and Non Corporate Events, Wet/Dry hire.

I was born in Osogbo in the 70s but hailed from Akungba Akoko Ondo state.

I attended Christ African Primary and Laro Grammar School in Osogbo respectively.

My love and learning of the job started with my father who happened to be a musician and equipment owner, Captain Giwa Rotimi(His stage name), former band leader of Chief Jossy Ade’s Band in the 60s/70s,

The kind of passion l had for the job gave me a quick intention to see the job as a profession even as young as l was.

My feelings continue growing and becoming irresistible which l later realized was in-born but practically helped by the iconic figure of my father’s assistance. 

I was schooling and also learning simultaneously by following my dad to shows until l graduated from secondary school. My quick understanding of the job with zeal and determination came as easy as a child learning how to eat, it was indeed instinctive.

I left for Ibadan in the year 2000 after l graduated from secondary school but not immediately, in search of admission into higher instruction but l found myself in another direction- working as a sound technician in one big church in Ibadan. This was the beginning of my self discovery of “l can do it”.

After working with different churches like Christ Power Evangelical Crusade International  Ibadan( Prophet Akinboye Mark), Later Rain Assembly (Pastor Tunde Bakare)Lagos just to mention few. I left Lagos when l was invited by the leading sound company in Ibadan then - Melody Event & Entertainment company owned by DJ Semight-my boss and mentor.  While still working with this company, l gained admission into The Polytechnic Ibadan where l studied Music Technology, after my ND, the dream of becoming self independent started growing which led to the establishment of QSP in the year 2014, it became a registered company in the year 2015, after the registration of the company l went to SAE Cape Town South Africa to study live sound production after which l came to start fully and ever since then we have been able to maintain a cordial relationship with all our clients, this is as a result of our hardwork that has no substitute.
